✦ I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

✦ I'm available for communication daily, usually from 10AM to 11PM CET (Central European Time)
✦ I don't work on commissions on the weekend (Saturday + Sunday)
✦ Repeated contacting followed by ghosting will result in blacklistingPAYMENT✦ Payment is upfront and through a PayPal invoice. I'll send you a form to fill out. Due to german laws and for tax reasons I need to ask for name and address, think of it as a "shipping address". (Here is a list of things that need to be on a german invoice.)

✦ I will start with your commission after I've received the full payment.
✦ Payment is required within 48 hours after receiving the invoice. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the commission and potential blacklisting from future commissions.USE✦ You do NOT have permission to use my artwork for NFTs or AI generation.
✦ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website (except for Twitter/X) and social channels with credit.
✦ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online or in my portfolio, if you're not okay with that or want to stay anonymous, let me know! That's absolutely no problem.
✦ You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
✦ Do NOT claim the artwork as your own.PROCESS✦ I prefer clear references. Multiple unclear references that have changes in the design itself or are of bad image quality might cost extra. I don't like having to mix and match or guess what the character actually looks like.
✦ I don't mind working with descriptions! Be aware that there will be a design fee though.
✦ I will send you a sketch for approval (excluding Sketch Commissions, Tinies or Pixel Icons)
✦ The time it takes to finish your commission varies, 1 week - 1 month+ depending on factors such as my health, length of my queue or the complexity of the commissioned piece.
✦ Full Scenes will take longer to complete, be patient please.
✦ I will notify you if something delays your commission and I will check in with you frequently just to keep you up to date!REFUNDS✦ Full refund if I haven’t started your commission yet.
✦ Partial refunds — the amount depends on how much of the piece is already completed.
✦ No refunds for fully finished pieces.EDITS✦ I'm fine with doing edits as long as they are reasonable. I will not put a number or a limit on edits right now, this might change in the future if I run into problems.
✦ I will not completely redo an almost finished or already finished commission.
